Breeza Industrial (Breeza) provides the following limited 3-Year warranty from the date of the initial purchase to the initial purchaser of our Ag Fan Systems products, or to its customer, with a dated proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover other products in Breeza Industrial’s line of products.
This warranty applies to all Ag Fan Systems products, components, and assemblies that prove to be defective in material, workmanship, or function unless noted below as an exception. Specifically, this warranty covers all BVS series fans, mounts, controllers.
- Any defective product will be replaced or repaired at Breeza’s option.
- Defective products should only be returned to Breeza with a returned goods authorization (RGA) and at the customer’s expense.
- Replaced or repaired products, and/or replacement parts, will be returned to the customer at Breeza’s expense.
- All field repairs will be performed by the customer at the customer’s expense.
This warranty does not cover failure, damage, or malfunction as a result of:
- Improper Installation or operation or the product.
- Damage resulting from Acts of God.
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or accident.
- Operating the product with excessive debris buildup on the motor or blade.
- Superficial or cosmetic rust or corrosion
- Damage to a product that has been modified in any way.
This warranty does not cover Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or any consequential or incidental damages that occur due to failure of the product.
The above constitutes the sole warranty offered by Breeza Industrial’s Ag Fan Systems division.
